Are we required to use a certain catering company?
No. You may use ANY caterer. If you are interested, the hall manager can provide you with some suggestions to help you make your choices.
Is smoking allowed in the hall?
No. The Dousman/Ottawa Lions Club Community Center has been SMOKE FREE since March 2008.
Can we bring our own champagne?
No. ALL beverages MUST be purchased through the Dousman/Ottawa Lions Club. The exception is coffee, tea, and milk provided by your own catering service.
Do you provide table coverings?
The Community Center does NOT provide any table covering. Check with your caterer. This may be a service they provide.
My grandparents have problems on the stair. Is there an elevator available?
The public areas of the Community Center are all on ONE LEVEL. Your guests will not need to negotiate any stairs.
