Rental Information
The Community Center has been SMOKE FREE since March 2008
A security deposit is required to reserve a date, price is determined by the type of event. Deposit may be returned after your event provided there is no damage and all expenses have been met. Rent is $550.00. Full rent is due 2 months prior to the event.
Rental includes:
Use of Kitchen: Client must give 2 weeks notice prior to even if stoves/ovens are needed.
If the bar is required to be open before 3:30 pm, a $15/hour charge will be assessed. ALL beverages must be purchased through the Lions Club. By State Law, NO carry-ins are permitted. LAST CALL ON ALL EVENTS IS 11:30PM
An 18% gratuity will be added to the bar bill. Bar bill must be paid at the end of the night/event. We accept debit or credit cards at a 3% fee.
NOTE: Additional charges may apply, which will be discussed prior to renting the facility and will be stated in the contract.
